1. About Us
This website (the “Site”) is operated by Gibberish Limited trading as Styll Gallery. We are a UK-based print-on-demand business creating custom-made products to your order specifications.
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. How to Order
Orders can be placed through our website by following the online checkout process.
You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order.
This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Because each product is a limited edition numbered print made specifically to your order, via our print-on-demand partner Printspace, please do check all details (size and colour) carefully before submitting.
We cannot amend or cancel orders once they have entered production. We do offer a swatch product per art piece in order to test against the desired wall placement.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
* the product is out of stock or unavailable,
* there is an error in pricing or description, or
* Payment cannot be authorised.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
We accept payment via [list payment methods, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal].
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
4. Production and Delivery
All items are made to order.
Production times vary depending on the product type but typically range from [X–Y working days] before dispatch.

5. Bespoke and Personalised Products – No Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are:
“made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”
(Regulation 28(1)(b))
Because all our products are custom-numbered, limited edition prints, they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.
Please ensure that all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at [email] within 14 days of delivery with:
* your order number,
* a description of the issue, and
* clear photos showing the problem.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We may ask you to return the faulty item (at our cost) before issuing a replacement or refund.
Please note:
Minor variations in colour, positioning, or print alignment can occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production and will not usually qualify as defects.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for:
* errors in the artwork, text, or design submitted by you;
* losses not caused by our breach of these Terms;
* business or commercial losses (e.g. loss of profit);
* or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Intellectual Property
By uploading designs, images, or text, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce such materials solely for fulfilling your order.
All website content (including text, images, graphics, and layout) remains the property of [Your Company Name] and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
