FAQ

What can you tell me about the quality of your print process?

We use the highest professional gallery-grade printing, producing archival Giclée prints on Hahnemühle paper. Each paper type is carefully selected by the artists themselves for its unique texture, durability, and ability to showcase colour with exceptional depth and accuracy.

I’m having trouble adding a print to my basket—what should I do?

If you’re unable to add a print to your basket, it could be a temporary glitch or an indication that the artwork has just sold out. Please contact us directly, and we’ll look into the issue right away and get back to you as soon as possible.

Are editions ever restocked if they’re sold out?

Although an edition might be listed as consisting of 60 prints, there are occasions where a small number are held back for quality control, exhibitions, or artist archives. Because of this, it’s always worth sending us an email at admin@styllgallery.com

to double-check availability.  However, all of our artworks are true limited-edition prints. If an edition is confirmed as out of stock, it means it has officially reached its end and will not be released again.

If you love an artist’s work, don’t worry—new pieces are released regularly. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about upcoming drops and new collections.

Why is the work digitally signed? Does it affect the provenance?

Digital signatures are increasingly valued in the art world because they offer long-lasting clarity and durability that traditional wet signatures can’t always guarantee. They don’t fade, smudge, or degrade over time, ensuring the artist’s mark stays exactly as intended. By removing the need for physical signing, they also reduce the carbon footprint associated with shipping artworks back and forth, making global distribution smoother, faster, and more economical.

Since the artist provides an exact digitisation of their own signature—and controls its scale, placement, and presentation—the authenticity of the work is preserved with precision. This process is further reinforced by two layers of verification from STYLL, a certificate of authenticity, and a special insert letter from the artist with the artwork pictured and described, formally transferring that particular edition to the collector. Together, these measures give collectors confidence in both provenance and quality.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity with my artwork?

Yes, we offer two layers of verification. a certificate of authenticity, and a special insert letter from the artist with the artwork pictured and described, formally transferring that particular edition to the collector. If the artwork purchased is one of an edition, the piece’s unique edition number will be displayed. Certificates of authenticity are very important to retain should you wish to re-sell the artwork in the future.

If the piece is shipped direct to you, your certificate will be packed with the artwork. If you do not receive it, please do not hesitate to get in contact via admin@styllgallery.com.

I never received a confirmation email, did my order go through?

When we receive an order, you should get an automatic confirmation of your purchase. Because it is an automated email, sometimes it can end up in junk/spam folders, so please check those filters. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, email us at admin@styllgallery.com and we can re-send one for youThis is a good moment to check you have supplied your correct email address.
